RESOLUTION NO. 2017-975
RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS OF PRAIRIE MEADOWS ESTATES PHASE
IA, PERFORMED BY PIRC-TOBIN CONSTRUCTION, INC.
OF ALBURNETTE, IOWA, AND E & F PAVING COMPANY,
LLC OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA, AND RECEIVE AND FILE
TWO (2) YEAR MAINTENANCE BONDS.
WHEREAS, Pirc-Tobin Construction, Inc. of Alburnette, Iowa and E & F Paving
Company, LLC of Cedar Rapids, Iowa performed work in conjunction with the Improvements of
Prairie Meadows Estates Phase 1A, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Pirc-Tobin Construction, Inc. and E & F Paving Company, LLC has
completed the aforementioned project in accordance with the construction plans, standards and
specifications of this office.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Recommendation of Acceptance for work performed by Pirc-
Tobin Construction, Inc. and E & F Paving Company, in conjunction with the Improvements of
Prairie Meadows Estates Phase 1A, is hereby approved, and the two (2)year maintenance bond is
hereby received and filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of November 2017.
