RESOLUTION NO. 2017-976
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY LODGE CONSTRUCTION,
INC. OF CLARKSVILLE, IOWA, AT A TOTAL COST OF
$43,991.10, FOR THE FY 2018 ASH STREET DRAINAGE
IMPROVEMENTS, CONTRACT NO. 936, AND RECEIVE AND
FILE A TWO (2) YEAR MAINTENANCE BOND.
WHEREAS, Lodge Construction, Inc. of Clarksville, Iowa, performed work in
conjunction with the FY 2018 Ash Street Drainage Improvements, Contract No. 936, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Lodge Construction, Inc. has completed the aforementioned project in
accordance with the project plans and specifications at a total cost of$43,991.10.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance
for work performed by Lodge Construction, Inc. in the amount of $43,991.10, in conjunction
with the FY 2018 Ash Street Drainage Improvements, Contract No. 936, are hereby approved,
and the two (2)year maintenance bond is hereby received and filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of November 2017.
