RESOLUTION NO. 2017-978
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH INVISION ARCHITECTURE OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$40,000 IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE EAST WING TOILET
ROOM RENOVATIONS AT THE WATERLOO CENTER FOR
THE ARTS, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated November 27, 2017, between Invision
Architecture of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed
$40,000 in conjunction with the East Wing Toilet Room Renovations at the Waterloo Center for
the Arts, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized to execute said document on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of November 2017.
