RESOLUTION NO. 2017-980
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO THE LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH UNI FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF
UNICUE, (CHICAGO GREAT WESTERN DEPOT) BUILDING,
AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO SIGN SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the amendment to the Lease Agreement with UNI for the maintenance of UNICUE,
(Chicago Great Western Depot) building is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and
directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of November 2017.
