RESOLUTION NO. 2017-985
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2012
JOHN DEERE 7330 UTILITY TRACTOR WITH MOWER
ATTACHMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Leisure Services Director to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the Purchase of one (1) 2012 John Deere 7330 utility tractor with mower
attachments, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said specifications, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the Purchase of one (1) 2012 John Deere 7330 utility tractor with mower
attachments, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on December 4, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
Purchase of one (1) 2012 John Deere 7330 utility tractor with mower attachments, are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4t" day of December 2017.
