RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2012
JOHN DEERE 7330 UTILITY TRACTOR WITH MOWER
ATTACHMENTS.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2017-985, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. for
Purchase of one (1) 2012 John Deere 7330 utility tractor with mower attachments, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after a public hearing as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said proposal proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of December 2017.
