RESOLUTION NO. 2017-988
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
PERFORMED BY PETERS CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AT A TOTAL COST OF $170,260.68,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2017 RIVERFRONT STADIUM
FLOOD REPAIR PROJECT.
WHEREAS, Peters Construction Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa, performed work in
conjunction with the 2017 Riverfront Stadium Flood Repair Project, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Peters Construction Corporation has completed the aforementioned project
in accordance with the project plans and specifications at a total cost of$170,260.68.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance
for work performed by Peters Construction Corporation in the amount of $170,260.68, in
conjunction with the 2017 Riverfront Stadium Flood Repair Project, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4h day of December 2017.
