RESOLUTION NO. 2017-989
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE OFFICE OF HEALTHY
HOMES AND LEAD HAZARD CONTROL GRANT IN THE
AMOUNT OF $2,895,893.24, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lead Hazard Control Grant in the amount of$2,895,893.24, is hereby accepted and the
Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4h day of December 2017.
