RESOLUTION NO. 2017-999
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2018 MARK'S PARK
RESURFACING PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Leisure Services Director to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with FY 2018 Mark's Park Resurfacing Project, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. in conjunction with the FY 2018 Mark's Park Resurfacing Project, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on December 11, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with the FY
2018 Mark's Park Resurfacing Project are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of December 2017.
