RESOLUTION NO. 2017-1002
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH LG COMPANIES, LLC TO CONSTRUCT ONE SINGLE-
FAMILY DWELLING WITH AN ATTACHED GARAGE ON
PROPERTY LOCATED ADJACENT TO 1947 RAINBOW
DRIVE, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
the Development Agreement dated December 11, 2017, between LG Companies, LLC and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the development of property located adjacent to 1947 Rainbow Drive
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1 lth day of December 2017.
