RESOLUTION NO. 2017-1004
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO
DEED OF DEDICATION FOR WAGNER ROAD
SUBDIVISION, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the First Amendment to Deed of Dedication for the Wagner Road Subdivision is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of December 2017.
