Members present: Morrissey, Schmitt, and Welper.
Moved by Welper seconded by Morrissey that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Voice -
vote Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Morrissey seconded by Welper that request for authorization for Joshua Jebe to
salvage two stone driveway pillars located on a vacant lot formerly addressed 160 Greenwood
Avenue, be approved. Voice -vote Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
Aric Schroeder, City Planner, provided an overview of the request.
Mr. Morrissey questioned what would happen if someone would be injured doing the work.
Aric Schroeder explained that Mr. Jee is a licensed contractor, his work comp insurance would
cover his injury, and he can sign an indemnity agreement as well.
Mr. Schmitt questioned if a historic review has to be completed for this request.
Aric Schroeder explained that a historic impact or review does not need to be completed for the
request.
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Welper seconded by Morrissey
that the meeting be adjourned at 4:52 p.m. Voice -vote Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
