RESOLUTION NO. 2017-1003
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$16,000 FOR THE FY 2018 SINK CREEK CHANNEL
CLEANOUT AND SHAPING, CONTRACT NO. 924, AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated October 23, 2017, between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $16,000, in
conjunction with the FY 2018 Sink Creek Channel Cleanout and Shaping, Contract No. 924, is
hereby approved and the Mayor are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
