RESOLUTION NO. 2017-1014
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FY 2018 POLICE VEHICLE/EVIDENCE STORAGE
FACILITY PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Chief of Police to prepare and file plans, specifications, bid documents, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the FY 2018 Police Vehicle/Evidence Storage Facility Project, and
WHEREAS, said Chief of Police did file said plans, specifications, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the FY 2018 Police Vehicle/Evidence Storage Facility
Project, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice,was held on December 18, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. in
conjunction with the FY 2018 Police Vehicle/Evidence Storage Facility Project are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 181h day of December 2017.
