RESOLUTION NO. 2017-1019
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTHERN
IOWA GEOTREE CENTER IN THE AMOUNT OF $17,280,
FOR CREATION OF A CITY-WIDE ADDRESS POINT
FEATURE CLASS, FOR EACH BUILDING IN THE
WATERLOO CITY LIMITS, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated December 18, 2017, between the University of
Northern Iowa GeoTREE Center and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of$17,280 in
conjunction with the creation of a city-wide address point feature class, for each building in the
Waterloo City limits, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized to execute said document
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of December 2017.
