RESOLUTION NO. 2017-1020
RESOLUTION APPROVING A ONE-YEAR AGREEMENT
WITH SITEIMPROVE, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,780 FOR
SOFTWARE TO ANALYZE AND IDENTIFY CITY WEBSITE
ADA COMPLIANCE AND WCAG (WEB CONTENT
ACCESSIBILITY GUIDELINES) ISSUES, AND AUTHORIZE
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the one year Software-as-a-Service Subscription Agreement dated December 18, 2017,
between Siteimprove, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $3,780, for the
purpose of utilizing software to analyze and identify city website ADA compliance and WCAG
(web content accessibility guidelines) issues, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of December 2017.
