RESOLUTION NO. 2017-1021
RESOLUTION APPROVING DONATION AGREEMENT WITH
THE EXCHANGE CLUB OF WATERLOO AND THE CITY OF
WATERLOO FOR DONATION OF TRICYCLE TRACK FOR
EXCHANGE PARK, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Donation Agreement dated December 18, 2017, between the Exchange Club of Waterloo
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at an estimated value of$40,000, for the donation of materials,
labor and services to construct a tricycle track in Exchange Park, is hereby approved, and the
Mayor is authorized to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of December 2017.
