RESOLUTION NO. 2017-1023
RESOLUTION APPROVING PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH
MUSCO SPORTS LIGHTING OF OSKALOOSA, IOWA, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $89,000, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
RIVERFRONT SPORTS PARK DIAMOND #2 FIELD
LIGHTING PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Purchase Agreement dated December 18, 2017, between Musco Sports Lighting of
Oskaloosa, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of$89,000, in conjunction with
the Riverfront Sports Park Diamond #2 Field Lighting Project, is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18f'day of December 2017.
