RESOLUTION NO. 2017-1024
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SANITARY SEWER
SYSTEM MASTER PLAN, 2017 CONDITION ASSESSMENT,
AND THE 2017 CAPACITY ASSESSMENT IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CONSENT DECREE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
in accordance with the requirements of the Consent Decree, that the Sanitary Sewer System
Master Plan, 2017 Condition Assessment, and the 2017 Capacity Assessment, dated December
15, 2017, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of December 2017.
