RESOLUTION NO. 2017-1026
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES OF
WATERLOO, IOWA IN THE AMOUNT OF $57,850, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2018 PROJECTS AT
WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT, AND AUTHORIZE THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated December 18, 2017 between AECOM Technical
Services of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $57,850, in
conjunction with the FY 2018 projects at Waterloo Regional Airport, is hereby approved, and the
Mayor is authorized to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of December 2017.
