RESOLUTION NO. 2017-1027
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST BY DEER
CREEK DEVELOPMENT, LLC FOR THE 9-LOT
PRELIMINARY PLAT OF GREENBELT CENTRE PLAT NO. 8,
LOCATED WEST OF 3211 TITAN TRAIL.
WHEREAS, on this 18th day of December 2017, at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the preliminary plat of the Greenbelt Centre Plat No. 8, a nine lot
commercial subdivision, located west of 3211 Titan Trail, was presented for approval by Deer
Creek Development, LLC, and
WHEREAS, said preliminary plat has been previously submitted to and was approved by
the City of Waterloo City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on November 14,
2017, and
WHEREAS, said preliminary plat has been considered and should receive approval of
this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, the preliminary plat of the Greenbelt Centre Plat No. 8, a nine lot
commercial subdivision, located west of 3211 Titan Trail, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of December 2017.
