Reason for Change Order:
During construction it was determined that the subdrain north of Runway 12/30 could be raised to
minimize subdrain excavation and porous backfill costs.
It was determined that the catch basin could be downsized from a 4'x6' to a 4'x4' to save on costs,
without negatively impacting capacity.
The pavement marking removal was required for the elimination of Taxiway C-1.

THIS DOCUMENT SHALL BECOME AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT AND ALL
STIPULATIONS AND COVENANTS OF THE CONTRACT SHALL APPLY HERETO.
