RESOLUTION NO. 2011-946
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT IN THE
ACCEPTANCE OF AN IOWA ARTS COUNCIL GRANT IN
THE AMOUNT OF $13, 540 . 00 TO BE USED FOR
ANNUAL OPERATIONS, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated September 26, 2011, to accept an Iowa
Arts Council Grant, in the amount of $13, 540 . 00, for annual
operations be, and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of September 2011 .
