RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1106
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE DEMOLITION AND SITE
CLEARANCE CONTRACT NO. 175-D-CDBG-12-12-11 -
FORMER VAN EATON SCHOOL PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2011-1105, Approval of plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with the
Demolition and Site Clearance Contract No. 175-D-CDBG-12-12-11 -
former Van Eaton School Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
have been approved and adopted by this Council after the public
hearing on December 5, 2011 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of December 2011 .
