RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1132
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBMISSION OF CEDAR
TRAILS PARTNERSHIP GRANT REQUEST IN THE
AMOUNT OF $10, 000 . 00 TO BE USED FOR TROLLEY
CAR TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZE
LEISURE SERVICES DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the application for grant funding in the amount of
$10, 000 . 00, to pave the portion of the Trolley Car Trail between
North Hackett and Greenhill Road, by and between the Cedar Trails
Partnership and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Leisure Services Director authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of December, 2011 .
