RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1134
RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
PETERSON CONTRACTORS, INC. OF REINBECK, IOWA,
IN THE AMOUNT OF $114, 500 . 00 FOR THE 2011
RIVERVIEW RECREATION AREA PASSIVE UNIT
ENHANCEMENT PHASE II, CONTRACT NO. 815 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract with Peterson Contractors, Inc. of Reinbeck,
Iowa, in the amount of $114, 500 . 00, described in the
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project in Resolution No. 2011-1107, after public hearing on
December 5, 2011 on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby awarded, the same being the apparent lowest bid for said
project .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of December, 2011 .
