RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH JDE ENGINEERING IN AN AMOUNT
NOT TO EXCEED $28, 900 . 00 FOR DESIGN
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE F.Y. 2012
GERALDINE ROAD - PHASE II, CONTRACT NO. 821;
AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO IOWA
that the Agreement for Professional Engineering Services dated
December 12, 2011, in an amount not to exceed $28, 900 . 00, for
design and engineering services for the F.Y. 2012 Geraldine Road
- Phase II project, Contract No. 821, by and between JDE
Engineering and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of December, 2011.
