RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1139
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF 2012 GOLF
TURF EQUIPMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with the
purchase of 2012 golf turf equipment, to be used to maintain the
City' s three municipal golf courses, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
specifications, bid document, form of contract, estimate of cost,
etc. , in conjunction with the purchase of 2012 golf turf
equipment .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with the
purchase of 2012 golf turf equipment, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same are hereby, preliminarily approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of December, 2011 .
