RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1140
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF HEARING AND BID
OPENING AS JANUARY 9, 2012 AND INSTRUCT CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF SPECIFICATIONS, BID
DOCUMENT, ETC. AND TAKING OF BIDS.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 9th day of January for the
purpose of opening, awarding bids and acting upon the proposed
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , in
conjunction with the purchase of 2012 golf turf equipment.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
