RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1141
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2012 RIVERFRONT SPORTS
PARK SHELTER PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with the 2012
Riverfront Sports Park Shelter Project, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
specifications, bid document, form of contract, estimate of cost,
etc. , in conjunction with the 2012 Riverfront Sports Park Shelter
Project .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with the
2012 Riverfront Sports Park Shelter Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same are hereby, preliminarily
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of December, 2011.
