RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1142
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF HEARING AND BID
OPENING AS JANUARY 3, 2012 AND INSTRUCT CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 3rd day of January for the
purpose of opening, awarding bids and acting upon the proposed
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , in
conjunction with the 2012 Riverfront Sports Park Shelter Project.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
