RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1156
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING,
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) USED
VERMEER TG525L TUB GRINDER.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Planner of said City to prepare
proposed Request for specifications, bid document, etc. , in
conjunction with the purchase of one (1) used Vermeer TG525L tub
grinder, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Planner did file said request for
specifications, bid document, etc. , in conjunction with the
purchase of one (1) used Vermeer TG525L tub grinder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, etc. , in
conjunction with the purchase of one (1) used Vermeer TG525L tub
grinder, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of December 2011 .
