RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1158
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
FOR ASBESTOS ABATEMENT SERVICES FOR THE
FOLLOWING PROPERTIES: 212 JEFFERSON STREET,
302 JEFFERSON STREET, 306-308 JEFFERSON
STREET AND 312 JEFFERSON STREET, IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Community Planning and Development
Director of said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with the request for
proposals for asbestos abatement services for properties located
at 212 Jefferson Street, 302 Jefferson Street, 306-308 Jefferson
Street and 312 Jefferson Street, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development Director
did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the request for proposals for asbestos abatement
services, for the properties located at 212 Jefferson Street, 302
Jefferson Street, 306-308 Jefferson Street, and 312 Jefferson
Street, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , in conjunction with the request for proposals for
asbestos abatement services for properties located at 212
Jefferson Street, 302 Jefferson Street, 306-308 Jefferson Street
and 312 Jefferson Street, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa are
hereby, preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of December 2011 .
