RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ASBESTOS
ABATEMENT SERVICES FOR THE FOLLOWING
PROPERTIES: 212 JEFFERSON STREET, 302
JEFFERSON STREET, 306-308 JEFFERSON STREET
AND 312 JEFFERSON STREET, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AS
JANUARY 3, 2012, AT 5: 30 P.M. AT CITY HALL
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WITH THE TAKING OF BIDS
THEREFORE, AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 3rd day of January 2012, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with the
request for proposals for asbestos abatement services for
properties located at 212 Jefferson Street, 302 Jefferson Street,
306-308 Jefferson Street and 312 Jefferson Street, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, in the City of Waterloo, with the taking of bids
therefore.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of December 2011.
