RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1160
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR
ASBESTOS ABATEMENT SERVICES FOR 330 MADISON
STREET.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Community Planning and Development
Director of said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with the request for
proposals for asbestos abatement services for 330 Madison Street,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development Director
did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , in
conjunction with the request for proposals for asbestos abatement
services for 330 Madison Street, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , in conjunction with the request for proposals for
asbestos abatement services for 330 Madison Street, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, are preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of December 2011 .
