FACILITY.
PURPOSE OF THE PERMIT REVISION:
The permit is being amended to remove
the BOD5 limits from outtall 011 and 801
except during the use of the Blending
Mode of Operation. CBOD5 limits at 1 A n
outfall 001 and 008 have been added to
the permit.
Anyone wishing to comment on or object Signed
the proposed issuance of this permit
must do so in writing within Thirty-five(35)
days of the date shown at the top of this
notice. All comments received will be
considered in the final determination.If no
objections are received within thirty-five Subscribed and sworn to before me this
(35) days, the Department will issue a
final permit. You may request the
Department hold a public hearing by
submitting a written request stating JAA
