RESOLUTION NO. 2018-04
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF THE CEDAR VALLEY, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated January 2, 2018 between the Boys & Girls Club of the
Cedar Valley and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the development of property located 809-811
E. 4th Street is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of January 2018.
