RESOLUTION NO. 2018-020
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT,
ETC. IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1)
BASE MODEL, MIDSIZED, ALL WHEEL DRIVE, SUV FOR
THE MOTOR POOL.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Interim Public Works Director to prepare specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the purchase of one (1) base model, midsized, all -wheel drive, SUV for the
Motor Pool, and
WHEREAS, said Interim Public Works Director did file said specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) base model,
midsized, all -wheel drive, SUV for the Motor Pool, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on January 8, 2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with
the purchase of one (1) base model, midsized, all -wheel drive, SUV for the Motor Pool, are
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this Bch day of January 2018.
