RESOLUTION NO. 2018-021
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) BASE
MODEL, MIDSIZED, ALL WHEEL DRIVE, SUV FOR THE
MOTOR POOL.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2018-020, specifications, bid document, form of contract,
etc. for the purchase of one (1) base model, midsized, all -wheel drive, SUV for the Motor Pool,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after a public
hearing as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said proposal proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of January 2018.
