RESOLUTION NO. 2018-023
RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS OF THE SUMMERLAND CONDOS NORTH
FIRST ADDITION, PERFORMED BY DAVE SCHMITT
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA,
AND RECEIVE AND FILE TWO-YEAR MAINTENANCE
BOND.
WHEREAS, Dave Schmitt Construction Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa performed
work in conjunction with the Improvements of the Summerland Condos North First Addition, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Dave Schmitt Construction. Company has completed the aforementioned
project in accordance with the construction plans, standards and specifications of this office.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Recommendation of Acceptance of Improvements, for work
performed by Dave Schmitt Construction Company, in conjunction with the Improvements of the
Summerland Condos North First Addition, is hereby approved, and the two (2) year maintenance
bond is hereby received and filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of January 2018.
