RESOLUTION NO. 2018-024
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK,
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY B & B BUILDERS & SUPPLY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AT A TOTAL COST OF $315,876.66,
FOR THE FY 2016 SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM - ZONE 6
AND TRAIL REPAIRS, CONTRACT NO. 902, AND RECEIVE
AND FILE TWO-YEAR MAINTENANCE BOND.
WHEREAS, B & B Builders & Supply of Waterloo, Iowa performed work in conjunction
with the FY 2016 Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone 6 and Trail Repairs, Contract No. 902, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, B & B Builders & Supply has completed the aforementioned project in
accordance with the construction plans, standards and specifications at a total cost of
$315,876.66.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance
for work performed B & B Builders & Supply, in the amount of $315,876.66, in conjunction
with the FY 2016 Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone 6 and Trail Repairs, Contract No. 902, are
hereby approved, and the two (2) year maintenance bond is hereby received and filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of January 2018.
