RESOLUTION NO. 2018-025
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK,
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY B & B BUILDERS AND
SUPPLY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AT A TOTAL COST OF
$330,805.98, FOR THE FY 2018, SIDEWALK REPAIR
ASSESSMENT PROGRAM - ZONE 7, CONTRACT NO. 931,
AND RECEIVE AND FILE TWO-YEAR MAINTENANCE
BOND.
WHEREAS, B & B Builders & Supply of Waterloo, Iowa performed work in conjunction
with the FY 2018, Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program - Zone 7, Contract No. 931, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, B & B Builders & Supply has completed the aforementioned project in
accordance with the construction plans, standards and specifications at a total cost of
$330,805.98.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance
for work perfoinied B & B Builders & Supply, in the amount of $330,805.98, in conjunction
with the FY 2018, Sidewalk Repair Assessment Program - Zone 7, Contract No. 931, are hereby
approved, and the two (2) year maintenance bond is hereby received and filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of January 2018.
