RESOLUTION NO. 2018-029
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC. SETTING DATE
OF BID OPENING AS FEBRUARY 1, 2018 AND DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS FEBRUARY 5, 2018, FOR THE
PHELPS YOUTH PAVILION PLAYSCAPE PROJECT, AND
INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary specifications, bid documents, etc. in conjunction with
the Phelps Youth Pavilion Playscape Project, be approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening in conjunction with the Phelps Youth Pavilion Playscape
Project, be scheduled for February 1, 2018 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section. 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 5th day of February
2018, for the purpose of considering and acting upon the Phelps Youth Pavilion Playscape
Project.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing and bid opening in the Waterloo Courier.
