RESOLUTION NO. 2018-035
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN BLACK HAWK COUNTY
AND THE CITY OF WATERLOO REGARDING THE
OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE OF THE
COMMUNICATION TOWER AT CITY HALL, 715
MULBERRY STREET AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated January 16, 2018, between Black Hawk County
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, regarding the ownership and maintenance of the communication
tower at City Hall, 715 Mulberry Street, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of January 2018.
