That Ordinance No. 5089, as amended, be further amended by extending the established City Limits Urban Revitalization Area (CLURA) Plan an additional six years ending December 31, 2022. Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
