The Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, met in Special Session at City Hall Council
Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, at 3:00 p.m. on August 26, 1988. Mayor Pro Tem Robert J. Brown
in the Chair. Roll Call: Dell, Fox, Angel, Buck, Budak, Brown. Absent: Wright
92679 - Moved by Buck, seconded by Fox
that copies of the call of the Special Session of August 26, 1988, at 3:00
p.m., be received and placed on file. Motion carried.
92680 - Moved by Dell, seconded by Angel
that "(Proposed) Resolution of Necessity for the F.Y. 1989 500 Block Derbyshire
Road Paving Project, Contract No. 355", be adopted and date of hearing set as
September 12, 1988 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers and
Clerk/Auditor instructed to publish notice of same. Ayes: Six. Absent:
Wright.
Resolution adopted and upon approval by Mayor Pro Tem assigned No. 1988-494.
