RESOLUTION NO. 2018-046
RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST NORTH
CROSSING, LLC FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT OF NORTH
CROSSING. ADDITION, A 2 -LOT SUBDIVISION LOCATED
AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOGAN AVENUE AND
EAST DONALD STREET.
WHEREAS, on this 22nd day of January 2018, at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the preliminary plat of the North Crossing Addition, a 2-Iot
subdivision located at the northeast corner of Logan Avenue and • East Donald Street, was
presented for approval by North Crossing, LLC, and
WHEREAS, said preliminary plat has been previously submitted to and was approved by
the City of Waterloo City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on January 9, 2018,
and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and should receive approval of
this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, the preliminary plat of the North Crossing Addition, a 2 -lot subdivision
located at the northeast corner of Logan Avenue and East Donald Street, in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of January 2018.
