RESOLUTION NO. 2018-047
RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE IN
SECTION 11-3-2(C) FINAL PLAT APPROVAL, AS IT
RELATES TO THE APPROVAL OF THE FINAL PLAT OF
NORTH CROSSING ADDITION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the variance to the requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance in Section 11-3-2(C), Final
Plat approval, as it relates to the approval of the final plat of North Crossing Addition, is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of January 2018.
