Avenue lying east of LaPorte Road and west of 1-380 to Richard L. and Joan Kafer
Kerns", be adopted. Ayes: Seven.

that "Resolution directing sale of Special Assessment Bonds for Street improvements
for F.Y. 1984 Paving Program, Contract No. 256--$115,000.00 and F.Y. 1985 Paving
Program, Contract No. 266--$36,000.00 to Dain Bosworth as Quoted above", be
