Motion carried. 88375 - Moved by Wright, seconded by Dowie that the Minutes of the Regular Session held November 12, 1985, at 7:00 p.m., be approved. Motion carried. HEARINGS 88376 - Moved by Klinger, seconded by Dowie that proof of publication of notice of public hearing for special assessment t bond ssale for Street improvements for F.Y. 1985 Paving Program, Con266--$36,000.00 and F.Y. 1984 Paving Program, Contract No. 256--$115,000.00, as published in the Waterloo Courier on November 1 and 15, 1985 be received and placed on file. Motion carried. 88377 - Moved by Klinger, seconded by Seeber to receive and file sealed bids, but not opened. Motion carried. $8378 - The Mayor called for oral bids and there were none. Moved by Wright, seconded by Seeber that the time for receipt of oral bids be closed. Motion carried. 88381 - HOLD HEARING --This being the time and place of public hearing the Mayor called for written and oral objections and there were none. Moved by Lichty, seconded by Seeker that "Resolution authorizing sale and conveyance of a vacated portion of Easton Avenue lying east of LaPorte Road and west of 1-380 to Richard L. and Joan Kafer Kerns", be adopted. Ayes: Seven. Resolution adopted and upon approval by Mayor assigned No. 1985-662. 88382 - Moved by Getty, seconded by Seeber that "Resolution directing sale of Special Assessment Bonds for Street improvements for F.Y. 1984 Paving Program, Contract No. 256--$115,000.00 and F.Y. 1985 Paving Program, Contract No. 266--$36,000.00 to Dain Bosworth as Quoted above", be adopted. RESOLUTIONS TO BE ADOPTED 88390 - Moved by Getty, secodned by Dowie that Resolution transferring from the Tax increment Financing Fund the sum of three hundred ninety eight thousand nine hundred sixty six dollars ($398,966.00) to the Debt Service Fund", be adopted.
