The Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, met
Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa at 11:00 a.m.
in the Chair. Roll call: Wright, Dowie,
and Klinger.
Moved by Getty, seconded by Dowie
that the agenda, as proposed, be approved.
Motion carried.
Moved by Klinger, seconded by Lichty
to receive and place on file the call.
Motion carried.
in Executive Session at City Hall
on August 21, 1985. Mayor Bowers
Seeber, Getty, Lichty, Penaluna,
87964 -Assistant City Attorney, Donna Lesyshen, stated that the purpose of the Executive
Session was authorized under Iowa Code Section 21.5(c).
Moved by Seeber, seconded by Dowie
to adjourn to Executive Session. Ayes: Seven.
